    Phase 2 · 10th Grade

    Pathways, Recruitment & Money Management

    Students and families begin deeper planning around academics, athletics, career pathways, recruitment, budgeting, and NIL awareness.

    • Postsecondary pathway selected
    • Student-athlete budget completed
    • Recruitment basics understood
    • Family budgeting introduced

    Phase 3 · 11th Grade → Early 12th Grade

    Transition & Launch

    Students execute their plans through college matching, test prep, recruitment tracking, applications, advanced financial literacy, and wellness transition planning.

    Phase 4 · Remainder of 12th Grade

    Implementation & Preparation

    Students and families finalize applications, financial aid decisions, scholarships, support plans, budgets, and life-after-high-school logistics.
